Questions
- What counts as an event?
- One record sent by the SDK when a tracked feature runs. Events are counted per workspace each calendar month.
- What happens when I reach my limit?
- On Free, new events pause until next month and you get an email before it happens. On paid plans, we keep collecting your events and email you as you get close to your limit, so you can move to a larger plan if necessary
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or cancel any time from your workspace's billing settings. Yearly plans include a full refund within 30 days.
